Jogging and running are two of the most effective aerobic exercises a person can perform. Yes, that’s right. There’s a difference between the two.

Moving forward beyond 7 mph is considered running. It’s what athletes, performers, and sportsmen do. They run at a higher pace to burn calories faster.

–      The Difference: The difference is quite simple. The results of jogging take a bit of time to surface while running begins to show results quickly. If two people were to start with running and jogging at the same time and schedule, the one who is running will lose weight and get into shape quickly.

This is because there is more energy required in running and there is a higher exertion of pressure on muscles, calves, hamstrings, etc. Moreover, runners will have improved cardiovascular health and physical shape than a person who jogs every day.
